Brief Bio

I turned to yoga in 2013 after my second daughter left me feeling out of place in my own body.  Through my personal practice and then subsequent teacher training, I fell in love with yoga and helping others find themselves each class on their mats. I have continued teaching and learning through the birth of two more children, and am now a mother to four girls ages 7-1.

My dedication to fitness and healthy living serves both my own passion and sets an example of wellness for my children. I hope to instill them with a deep love and appreciation for all that their body is capable of. Outside of Yoga, I love being active and enjoying life whether it be rock climbing, biking, hiking, or running.  Yoga has kept me ready for any activity, and it’s helped me keep up with four little ladies!


Personal Mission Statement

I love using various sequences and techniques, to achieve different goals for each person. Some sequences might build heat or strengthen muscles, while others bring relaxation and peace. I also love guided and breathe based meditations, for calming the mind.
