After college, I started out as a Spinning Instructor and as an Instructor I loved inspiring others to believe in their abilities they had within. After being a part-time Spinning Instructor for a few years, I wanted to do more within the Fitness & Health industry. I left a Corporate job within Banking, to become a Personal Trainer and help those who struggle with balancing staying healthy and living life.
I worked as a Trainer for over ten years and truly enjoyed all aspects of training people of various fitness types. However, I became a Mom within that time and felt strongly my kids needed me to be present fully while they were preschool age. Now, my kids are in school full-time and I am ready to make a come back into educating and inspiring others to live a more healthy life physically, spiritually and mentally.
In addition to Personal Training, I have found a new passion of Coaching. As I have been fortunate enough to have been Coached to overcome unhealthy views on my own body-image and an eating disorder that lasted several years. I have been educated by my own struggles as well as course work to learn how to Coach others effectively. I have developed skills on how to Coach others by asking thought provoking questions that lead to self-discovery and breakthrough. Asking questions to help begin shifting my clients mindsets to believe better about themselves for themselves.
I would be honored to walk alongside you and your health journey.
Personal Mission Statement
My mission is to help you discover what you are truly capable of physically, mentally and spiritually. My desire is to help others change into believing better for and about themselves. Assisting clients to develop a new way of thinking that will lead to a new healthier, happier way to live life.
