Completing a Spartan Race
My fitness journey began almost 20 years ago when I was working for a holistic chiropractor who was a former bodybuilder. He taught me all about the importance of health, nutrition and fitness and I would say this was a huge turning point for me. I became not only stronger physically and mentally, but began to see such a positive transformation in myself. I have passionately been an advocate for fitness and nutrition since, and recently decided to take it a step further and become a personal trainer. I have done mini-Triathlons, Spartan races, many 5K's, trail races and helped guide and coach others along the way. Over the years I have grown much stronger in the physical, mental and spiritual aspect as well. Working out and taking care of myself helps me to be the best version of myself so that I can be a more patient, loving wife and mother.
