Personal Mission Statement

I believe we can all achieve growth and fulfillment if we listen carefully to ourselves and roll up our sleeves and do the work.  I also understand that, for countless reasons, “doing the work” isn’t an easy concept for a lot of people. Whenever we make big life changes, it helps to have healthy support in place. A personal mission of mine is to offer that support.   I help others recognize their abilities and desires, support them as they identify and overcome obstacles,  and help them make the jump from thinking about what they want to actually doing something about it in a way that is safe, supportive and effective.  The greatest joy for me and my client comes once they’ve successfully discarded old unhelpful habits and thinking patterns and replace them with behaviors that can support personal growth and fulfillment in all areas of their life. Those are the kind of results that last a lifetime.
