I have been practicing yoga since 2013; taking classes of all different principles including vinyasa and bikram. I wanted to earn my 200hr RYT certification for a long time and finally decided to do it at the beginning of 2019. I chose the YogaWorks program in Atlanta, GA and it only strengthened my love for yoga and meditation. The thing I love most about yoga is that we can find something new about ourselves each time we get on the mat. Yoga has the ability to connect us to ourselves and also to others. Health and fitness in general are important to me, and I enjoy multiple forms of exercise including running, weight training, and kickboxing. My husband and I also love to spend time hiking with our two dogs.
Personal Mission Statement
It is my goal that each person leaves my yoga class feeling more empowered and better connected to their mind and body. Through safe and effective yoga practice, we can become stronger and more resilient (mentally and physically). I firmly believe that every person in the world should have a yoga teacher. Yoga heals.
