Rachel Cohen, BS, NSCA-CPT
Brief bio: A native to Mountain Brook, Alabama, I grew up apart of a very active and athletic family. Fitness and physical well-being has forever been a large part of my life and has become more than a hobby for me; it is what makes me “tick”. From gymnastics beginning at the age of four, competitive swimming and diving, participation in track to enhance my speed on the tennis court or simply exercising to generate sweat and release anxiety, I love the feeling of my body getting stronger.
I began my most personal journey with fitness as a D1 tennis player at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The experience, although extraordinarily challenging, has been irreplaceable in maintaining my drive for success. With years of intensive strength and conditioning regimens, I have developed a wide range of fitness knowledge and discipline. Realizing, also, that have a natural passion and talent as a motivator. Regardless of someone’s physical or mental challenges, there is nothing more rewarding to me than to help change a person’s perspective on their ability to live the most healthy and active life possible for them. |
