    Bio

    In 1999, I turned to yoga as I sought healing for a shoulder injury. Once on the mat, I discovered much more than simple stretches and poses.

    The more I practiced yoga, the more my friends and colleagues noticed a difference, emotionally as well as physically. After several comments on my peace and calm, I realized I had found a secret weapon: yoga and mindfulness could, in fact, improve daily lives. Now, as a certified life coach and yoga instructor, I use mindfulness techniques to help individuals and teams find balance and health.

    My yoga classes include both active flows using basic yoga poses and restorative practices supported with props to achieve the best alignment and balance between effort and ease. Breathing practices and meditation complement the physical practices for the greatest relief of stress and strengthening of the body. As a life coach, I will help you make behavioral changes in support of your goals using yoga as a supportive tool.
