Class Descriptions

Interval Class

This class will always be a surprise, using body weight moves for a great combination of strength and cardio training! We will also be sure to include stretches and mobility exercises so you are not just feeling better but also moving well! 

Yoga

This 45-minute class will relieve tension, stress and fatigue.  By flowing from one pose to the next and utilizing the breath, you will build up heat, making it safe for the muscles to move, bend and stretch.  The aim of this class is to get you out of your head, and into the present moment of your body.  This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced as every pose can easily be modified to fit the individual’s needs.  Expect to leave feeling lighter with more freedom, power and vitality in your life.
