Exercising every day is great for you. However, everyone needs a rest day. No matter who you are. At least one day a week to relax.
Most of us have a certain goal in mind when we start a training routine. Whether this is to compete in an athletic event, improve our strength, or achieve a healthier lifestyle, we are always working toward something.
